Located in Belval’s downtown centre, in line with the Boulevard Porte de France and next to the BelvalPlaza shopping centre, the new Omnia Tower is home to a branch of the Raiffeisen bank on the ground and first floors, and to 106 apartments on the upper 14 floors.
It was designed by the architect’s firm Moreno. Omnia Tower was conceived as a tower with a lopsided look, because four volumes are piled on each other slightly out of step. But its main asset is the unencumbered views of the countryside it provides from 55 metres up.
Omnia Tower is passive, and certified AAA in terms of energy class, while the Belval district has obtained the DGNB Gold German environmental label.
