With these twelve boxes in glass and stainless steel superimposed in staggered rows on an impressive steel framework, IKO wanted to create an architectural statement so powerful that it would define a new location in itself, a short way out from the Central Business District.
And One on One certainly achieved this objective, establishing itself as a new architectural reference in the city, and winning several awards.
And yet the design sacrifices nothing in terms of efficiency.
One on One offers amazingly generous office areas given the limited size of its corner lot.
This extremely rational building offers its multi-tenant occupants excellent gross/net ratios…and the pride of occupying an architectural jewel!
