An artificial intelligence (AI) solution, integrated into the Building Operating System (BOS), now controls the HVAC equipment \u2014 heating, ventilation and air conditioning \u2014 in real time.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>AI Serving Comfort and Efficiency<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>By structuring and leveraging building, weather and usage data, a reinforcement learning algorithm generates precise setpoints to optimise temperature, pressure and ventilation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Outcome<\/strong> Outcome: a 12% reduction in overall energy consumption, thanks to an optimization of nearly 50% in the consumption of air handling units (AHUs).<\/p>\n<p>Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en exploitation progressivement au cours de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2024, avec un fonctionnement total depuis d\u00e9but septembre. Apr\u00e8s quelques mois d\u2019observation, les gains sont palpables et confirment les attentes initiales.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>A Measurable Economic and Environmental Impact<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This solution goes beyond simply adjusting technical parameters: it learns and anticipates the building\u2019s specific needs to maximise energy savings without compromising occupant comfort.
