{"id":1016,"date":"2025-12-21T05:35:18","date_gmt":"2025-12-21T05:35:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ikorealestate.eu\/esg\/?p=1016"},"modified":"2025-12-23T02:43:53","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T02:43:53","slug":"iko-recertifiee-entreprise-responsable-par-lindr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ikorealestate.eu\/esg\/en\/iko-recertifiee-entreprise-responsable-par-lindr\/","title":{"rendered":"IKO Recertified as a Responsible Company by INDR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In April 2024, IKO obtained its RESPONSIBLE COMPANY recertification from the<a class=\"app-aware-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/indr-lu\/\" target=\"_self\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">INDR <\/a>(Institut National pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable).<\/p>\n<p>INDR certifies that companies awarded the label\u00a0<strong>ESR \u2013 RESPONSIBLE COMPANY<\/strong>\u00a0have achieved the objectives set out in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/indr.lu\/guide-esr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guide ESR<\/a>, thereby guaranteeing responsible conduct. These companies have therefore developed a CSR strategy and implemented an action plan managed by an ESR coordinator. During the on-site assessment carried out by an independent external auditor, the company must demonstrate full compliance.<\/p>\n<p>By obtaining the label, each company commits to a process of continuous improvement, contributing to the various pillars of sustainable development and helping to advance both the economy and society.<\/p>\n<p>This recertification is particularly important for IKO, as it reflects all the actions implemented since our last certification in 2021, as well as the full integration of CSR topics into our governance and corporate culture.<\/p>\n<p>One of our main priorities is to reduce our carbon footprint and combat climate change. We have therefore set an ambitious carbon trajectory to achieve 100% carbon offsetting from 2040 onwards.<\/p>\n<p>We are also proud to promote an inclusive approach across every aspect of our business.
