Since 1989, IKO has been active in the real estate sector as an urban planner, developer and investor, mastering every stage of the value chain. It operates mainly across four categories:

Our ESG Strategy

The organization has a structured ESG strategy covering all its areas of activity: Development, Asset and Corporate. This strategy is overseen by the ESG Committee. 

A redesign of our ESG strategy is currently under review. It aims to define KPIs aligned with our commitments, develop roadmaps for each priority issue, and implement a structured framework for monitoring actions and results.
