A voluntary commitment since 2021
IKO has a role to play in the sustainable development of our country, and as a property developer and urban planner, it is our responsibility to anticipate these needs and respond to these challenges in an innovative and responsible way.
Since January 2021, IKO has been certified as a Socially Responsible Company (ESR) by the National Institute for Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility (INDR). This certification was renewed in 2024, with a score of 87%. The label recognizes exemplary practices in environmental matters

3 fundamental pillars
Our corporate social responsibility strategy is based on the three fundamental pillars for sustainable development – the environment, social responsibility and corporate governance. This covers all our property development, asset management and corporate activities.
ESG Committee
A committed committee dedicated to turning our ambitions into actions
Created in 2024, our ESG committee brings together representatives from each department to lead a cross-functional and committed approach to sustainability. It identifies key priorities, sets ambitious goals, and drives concrete actions. Beyond its strategic role, the committee engages teams, fosters dialogue with stakeholders, and strengthens the integration of CSR at the heart of the company.
