With the development of the three buildings C1, C2 and C3, IKO positioned itself as the forerunner of Howald’s refurbishment.

In 2012, C2 and C3 won the Luxembourg “Bauhärepräis” architectural prize in the “office building, workplace” category, and were also the first buildings in Luxembourg to be BREEAM post-construction certified.
