A residential project with remarkable architecture

Omnia Tower is a 15-storey high building with 4 volumes stacked slightly out of kilter. Designed by the Moreno architectural firm, its visual effect gives the impression of swaying. Its champagne-coloured double metallic skin enhances its elegant design.

This 100% passive residential tower lies in the dynamic “Square Mile” district of Belval. A multifaceted district where workers, residents, university students, researchers and tourists enjoy a wide range of facilities and shops.

Encouraging virtuous behaviour

Concerned about reducing the energy impact of its buildings while encouraging virtuous behaviour, IKO offers all OMNIA occupants an energy monitoring app unprecedented in Luxembourg.
A management tool that fosters the rational use of energy and optimises the associated costs.
This is a real asset for reducing environmental impact and boosting residents’ well-being.

Energy monitoring will make Omnia's residents aware of their energy consumption, thus helping to meet current economic and environmental challenges. An innovative technological solution for Omnia. Innovation is DNA common to IKO and Smart Cube.

Living together

Thinking collectively in the residential sector

Omnia was designed to be a user-friendly building where people can live together. To achieve this, a community space available to all occupants is provided on the first floor, as well as a private urban terrace.

Digital concierge service

The Bringme box scans every parcel and delivery, acknowledges receipt and sends a message to the recipient.
The cost for this is individualised, depending on how often you use it.

Smart waste management

E-trash is an innovative waste management system based on the principle of “those who pollute less pay less”. When the domestic waste bin is opened, its user is identified. The aim is to encourage waste sorting and thus recycling.

Energy impact

By offering an energy management app for each occupant, we wanted to encourage virtuous behaviour and help our clients optimise their energy expenditure.

Economy of scale

The underfloor heating is also connected to the Sud-Cal district heating network, enabling energy savings through larger-scale management.

Luxury apartments in the heart of Belval

Its 106 flats are divided between 14 floors and offer a spectacular view over the whole of Belval (Luxembourg). There are 8 types of accommodation. The most compact are studios of 25 m², and the most spacious 3-bedroom flats of 100 m². All have excellent insulation and balconies designed to ensure privacy.

To encourage friendly interaction between residents, the Omnia Tower provides a community space on the first floor, as well as a private urban terrace.
