Built to suit: a layout dedicated to the occupants

Lying in the historic Cloche d’Or district, the eponymous building was developed to suit the needs of Mazars, an audit and consultancy firm.

Wishing to reserve a certain amount of space for future expansion, IKO designed particularly flexible areas so that they could be rented to other tenants in the meantime.
