An educational, meaningful, and innovative treasure hunt for children aged 7 and up

IKO Real Estate presents The New Adventures of Roudy – Treasure Hunt in Rout Lëns: a printable activity book designed for children aged 7 and up. Through puzzles, coloring activities, and augmented reality experiences, children get to explore the new sustainable district of Rout Lëns in Esch-sur-Alzette in a whole new way.

This fun and educational booklet, developed in collaboration with the Roudy’s World association and the Virtual Rangers studio, offers a truly interactive adventure combining local history, ecology, digital innovation, and solidarity. A unique way to explore a transforming area… while having fun.

How does it work ?
  • Print the booklet at home for your child
  • Let them color, explore, solve puzzles, and discover Rout Lëns in a playful way
  • Scan the drawings with a smartphone or tablet to see them come to life (augmented reality)
  • At the end, enter a secret code to unlock a digital solidarity coin
  • This coin can be donated to Roudy’s World, an association that supports hospitalized children through virtual reality.

  • Roudy’s World
    Roudy’s World is a Luxembourg-based solidarity initiative developed by Virtual Rangers. Through virtual reality, Roudy takes hospitalized children on immersive adventures that help reduce stress and anxiety during medical treatments. The project is implemented in several hospitals across Luxembourg, including the CHL.
  • L’illustratrice – Organe K
    The illustration of the booklet The New Adventures of Roudy in Rout Lëns was entrusted to Organe K, a Franco-German illustrator and street artist based in Strasbourg. Her expressive, colorful, and inclusive style draws inspiration from childhood, emotions, and everyday life. Actively involved in cultural and social projects, she transforms urban spaces into playful visual landscapes. Her artistic universe brings a magical and human touch to the booklet, perfectly echoing the project's values of solidarity, storytelling, and imagination.
  • IKO Real Estate
    IKO Real Estate is a Luxembourg-based property developer with over 30 years of experience. Specializing in office real estate and sustainable urban projects, IKO designs mixed-use districts that combine housing, shops, services, and green spaces.     Virtual Rangers is a Luxembourg-based studio specializing in virtual and augmented reality, founded in 2017.
