As the first neighbourhood in Europe to be precertified WELL Community, Rout Lëns is built around the idea of togetherness.

Coworking areas, multipurpose rooms, leisure and sports spaces, a neighbourhood concierge service and shared mobility options are all designed to support a harmonious community life.

Some residential projects will feature “Lënslounges,” shared open air living spaces, while rooftops will include vegetable gardens, greenhouses and relaxation areas with stunning views over the district.

  • Rainwater harvesting
    Thanks to 50 percent green roofs, rainwater will be collected and used to irrigate green spaces.
